The country has issued guidance and policies on many occasions, clearly states that improving quality is the core task of higher education development and the basic requirement for building a strong country with higher education. It is necessary to speed up the process of education informatization, strengthen the construction of education information infrastructure, promote the development and use of high-quality educational resources, improve the level of information technology used by teachers, and encourage students to take the initiative to learn with information. With the rapid development of the Internet, the process of educational informatization is gradually accelerating, the continuous integration of modern information technology and education, online learning is more and more widely used in actual teaching. When paying attention to the relationship between student engagement and learning outcome in the offline learning scenario, it is necessary to pay attention to the situation in the online learning scenario. In order to understand the relationship between student engagement and learning outcome in different learning scenarios, and to provide a reference for promoting student engagement, increasing student learning outcome and improving the quality of university education and teaching. This study uses offline and online learning scenarios for student engagement and learning outcome. The questionnaire surveyed the undergraduates of Xidian University as a research object to investigate student engagement and learning outcome under different scenarios. By sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad, combining relevant national policies and school systems, a questionnaire is formulated. The questionnaire is divided into two parts: basic information and learning status. The learning status is composed of student engagement and learning outcome. Among them, student engagement can be subdivided into five dimensions: independent learning, course learning, teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction, time management. And the learning outcome can be subdivided into five dimensions: patriotism, innovative ability, subject knowledge, practical ability and international perspective. Distribute questionnaires to the research subjects and analyze the recovered data. Through descriptive statistics, paired T test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, analyze the situation and relationship between student engagement and learning outcome in two different learning scenarios, offline and online. And predict the learning engagement of various factors in student outcome, analyze the reasons for this situation, and propose targeted and feasible ways to improve the learning outcome of students. So as to promote the cultivation of innovative and compound talents in colleges and universities. This study is based on the actual situation. From the aspect of student body, it pays attention to the influence of student engagement on learning outcome, which is helpful for understanding the status of school education quality. It is of far-reaching significance for university to deepen education reform, improve education quality and accelerate the construction of education informatization. According to the survey, under both offline and online learning scenarios, the overall situation of student engagement and learning outcome is better, but the teacher-student interaction engagement and international perspective still need to be strengthened. At the same time, student engagement has a positive and significant effect on learning outcome. The factors that student engagement in have a greater impact on learning outcome: teacher-student interaction and course learning, and the smaller impact is student-student interaction. Based on this, countermeasures are proposed: first, to strengthen teacher-student interaction; second, to broaden students' international perspective; third, to improve the efficiency of curriculum learning; fourth, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff. |
