全面推进乡村振兴，要推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织五大方面的振兴。组织振兴既是乡村振兴的目标之一，也是实现其他四个方面振兴的内在保障。只有扎实推进组织振兴这项“第一工程”，才能在全面推进乡村振兴过程中持续发挥出党的政治优势、组织优势。当前，仍有部分农村地区基层党组织战斗堡垒作用发挥不够，这成为制约乡村振兴的一大因素。要着眼农村党的组织建设工作重点，止住农村基层党组织的“短板之痛”，必须以提升组织力为重点，凝聚多方力量，打造千千万万个坚强的农村基层党组织，以村党组织的振兴引领组织振兴，进一步以组织振兴引领保证乡村振兴的实施。中国共产党历来重视农村基层党的组织建设，在长期实践中积累了丰富的理论和经验，为在乡村振兴背景下加强村党组织的组织建设奠定了坚实基础。因此，对乡村振兴背景下农村基层党的组织建设进行研究具有重要的现实意义。

       经过八年努力，我们如期完成了脱贫攻坚的目标任务。实践证明，中国共产党不仅是能够带领我们实现脱贫的带头人和引路人，而且是带领中国人民开启致富道路的贴心人和知心人。当前，在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的关键时期，我们必须要继续加强农村基层党的组织建设，以此强化农村基层党组织的领导核心地位、保持好党同人民群众的“鱼水关系”。乡村振兴战略提出的组织振兴要求我们进一步建强农村基层党组织，人才振兴则要求加快培养乡村的治理人才，同时，农村的党员和干部都要发挥先锋模范作用带动乡村的产业振兴。本文以乡村振兴为切入点，通过文献研究、定性分析、深度访谈等研究方法，结合乡村振兴背景下农村基层党的组织建设的必要性和新要求，分析乡村振兴背景下农村基层党的组织建设存在的问题与原因，进而探索出乡村振兴背景下提升农村基层党的组织建设水平的优化路径。经过调查当前农村党的组织建设现状发现，农村基层党的组织建设在党员队伍作用、村干部能力和民主集中制的落实方面都存在一定的欠缺。究其背后的原因，除了历史遗留问题及社会变化等内外部环境带来的消极影响之外，还有村党组织队伍的素质有待提高、党员教育培训有待完善与组织制度有待健全等方面的不足。因此，要加强农村基层党组织的党员队伍和干部队伍建设，通过提升培训质量抓好党员干部的教育管理， 以村党组织成员先锋作用带动农村基层党组织战斗堡垒作用的发挥。同时，要完善农 村基层党组织的组织制度机制，做好党员干部的管理与监督，在党内形成良好的民主 氛围，激发他们干事创业热情，从而促进农村党员干部积极投身乡村振兴各项事业。

After eight years of hard work, we have met the targets and tasks of poverty alleviation as scheduled. Practice has proved that the Communist Party of China is not only a leader and guide in poverty alleviation, but also a close friend and confidant of the Chinese people to start the road to prosperity. At present, in the critical period of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, we must continue to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations, so as to strengthen the leadership core position of rural grass-roots Party organizations and maintain the "fish and water relationship" between the Party and the people. The organizational revitalization of the rural revitalization strategy requires us to further strengthen the rural grass-roots Party organizations, while the talent revitalization requires accelerating the training of rural governance talents. At the same time, the rural party members and cadres should play a vanguard and exemplary role in promoting the revitalization of rural industries. This paper with rural revitalization as the breakthrough point, through the literature research, qualitative analysis, in-depth interview research methods, combined with the background of rural revitalization of rural grassroots the party organization construction necessity and new requirements, analysis of rural revitalization under the background of rural grass-roots party organization construction problems and reasons, and explore the rural revitalization under the background of rural grassroots party organization construction level of optimization path. After investigating the current situation of the rural party organization construction, it is found that the rural grassroots party organization construction has some deficiencies in the role of party members, the ability of village cadres and the implementation of democratic centralism. In addition to the negative impact of the internal and external environment such as the historical problems and social changes, the quality of the village Party organization team needs to be improved, the education and training of party members needs to be improved, and the organizational system needs to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of party members and cadres of rural grass-roots Party organizations, grasp the education and management of party members and cadres by improving the quality of training, and drive the vanguard role of rural grass-roots Party organizations to play the role of fighting fortress. At the same time, we should improve the organizational system and mechanism of rural grass-roots Party organizations, do a good job in the management and supervision of party members and cadres, form a good democratic atmosphere within the Party, stimulate their enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship, so as to promote rural party members and cadres to actively participate in various undertakings of rural revitalization.
