共同富裕，是人类社会自古以来的理想，也是中华民族孜孜不倦的价值追求。改革开放以来，中国共产党领导全国人民解放思想、锐意进取，完成了从温饱不足到总体小康、奔向全面小康的历史性跨越，为促进全体人民的共同富裕奠定坚实基础。进入新时代，习近平深刻把握时代发展大势，立足我国基本国情，在多个场合发表了有关共同富裕的论述，党的十九届五中全会明确要求“扎实推动共同富裕”，并提到“全体人民共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展”，将其作为我国2035年基本实现社会主义现代化的远景目标，党的二十大报告中提出“中国式现代化是共同富裕的现代化”，并强调要“着力维护和促进社会公平正义，着力促进全体人民共同富裕，坚决防止两极分化”，这一系列论述为党在新时代推进共同富裕提供科学指引。

本文主要研究对象为“习近平关于共同富裕的重要论述”，首先，分析了习近平关于共同富裕重要论述的形成基础，从理论基础看，这一论述吸收和借鉴了马克思主义经典作家与中国共产党人的共同富裕理论，蕴含着中国传统文化中的“大同”思想；从实践基础看，这一论述立足于我国已经全面建成小康社会，然而当前贫富差距问题仍然较为突出，为解决这一问题，不断满足人民对美好生活的向往而产生的。其次，研究习近平关于共同富裕重要论述的主要内容，从“为什么要实现共同富裕”，即共同富裕的战略地位；“什么是共同富裕”，即共同富裕的丰富内涵；“怎样实现共同富裕”，即共同富裕的实践路径三个方面进行全面的阐述，在此基础上，总结归纳习近平总书记关于共同富裕重要论述的鲜明特征，这一论述具有鲜明的人民性、时代性、科学性和实践性。再次，研究习近平关于共同富裕重要论述的时代价值，其理论价值在于丰富了马克思主义的共同富裕理论和中国特色社会主义共同富裕理论；实践价值在于为全体人民共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展提供了实践指导，为促进社会公平正义提供实践指引，也为满足人民对美好生活的向往提供行动指南；世界价值在于其为世界各国解决贫富差距的问题提供中国经验，也为世界各国探索适合自身的共同富裕道路提供有益借鉴。最后，为研究结论与研究展望。本研究以期有助于学术界准确把握共同富裕理论的研究方向，深化对共同富裕理论价值的认识，从而能够更好地推动实现共同富裕提供理论支持。 

Common prosperity has been the ideal of human society since ancient times and the tireless pursuit of values by the Chinese nation. Since the reform and opening up of China, the Communist Party of China has led the whole nation in emancipating the mind and forging ahead, completing the historic leap from inadequate subsistence to overall prosperity and running towards full prosperity, laying a solid foundation for promoting the common prosperity of all the people. Entering the new era, Xi Jinping has profoundly grasped the development trend of the times, based on China's basic national conditions, and made remarks on common prosperity on a number of occasions. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Party Central Committee explicitly called for "solidly promoting common prosperity" and mentioned that "the common prosperity of all people has made more obvious and substantial progress", making this as a key factor in the development of common prosperity. The report of the 20th Party Congress proposed that "Chinese modernization is a modernization of common prosperity" and stressed the need to "make efforts to safeguard and promote social justice, make efforts to This series of statements provides scientific guidance for the Party to promote common prosperity in the new era.

The main object of this paper is "Xi Jinping's Important Discourse on Common Wealth". Firstly, we analyse the basis of Xi Jinping's important discourse on common wealth. "From a practical point of view, this statement is based on the fact that China has already built a moderately prosperous society, but the problem of disparity between the rich and the poor is still prominent, and it was created in order to solve this problem and continuously meet the people's aspiration for a better life. Secondly, the main contents of Xi Jinping's important discourse on common prosperity are examined, ranging from "why common prosperity should be achieved", i.e. the strategic position of common prosperity; "what is common prosperity", i.e. the rich connotation of common prosperity; and "how to achieve common prosperity", i.e. the rich connotation of common prosperity; "On the basis of this, it summarises the distinctive features of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on common prosperity, which is distinctively people-oriented, contemporary, scientific and practical. Once again, the theoretical value of Xi Jinping's important statement on common prosperity is that it enriches the Marxist theory of common prosperity and the socialist theory of common prosperity with Chinese characteristics; the practical value is that it provides practical guidance for achieving more obvious and substantial progress in common prosperity for all people, provides practical guidance for promoting social justice, and also provides practical guidance for meeting people's aspirations for a better life. The world value lies in the fact that it provides Chinese experience for countries around the world to solve the problem of disparity between the rich and the poor, and also provides useful reference for countries around the world to explore their own path of common prosperity. Finally, there are the conclusions and outlook of the study. This study aims to help the academic community to accurately grasp the research direction of the theory of common prosperity, deepen the understanding of the value of the theory of common prosperity, so as to better promote the realization of common prosperity and provide theoretical support.
