工匠精神形成和发展于中华民族伟大的历史实践中,是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分。工匠精神的内涵特质是民族精神的积淀与时代精神的彰显,是社会主义核心价值观精神内核的集中表现,与大学生思想政治教育为党育人、为国育才的培养目标高度一致。将工匠精神融入大学生思想政治教育工作是现代化建设对高素质人才的现实诉求,是提升立德树人成效、完善育人体系的重要路径,同时也是弘扬工匠精神、提升工匠精神育人效能的重要举措。

作为社会主义现代化建设的中坚力量,理工科大学生是培养高技能人才的重要群体,是国家教育、科技、人才战略任务的重要需求对象,因而也是工匠精神培育的重要对象。目前关于大学生工匠精神的研究主要聚焦于高职高专院校学生,而针对综合类大学,尤其是理工科大学生的研究仍然不够深入和系统。因此,本文的研究工作着眼于理工科大学生群体。在运用文献分析法系统梳理国内外相关文献基础上,综合运用问卷调查法和结构化访谈法,旨在对理工科大学生工匠精神的培育进行探究和分析,提供更具针对性和实效性的培育对策和建议,助推理工科大学生工匠精神培育工作。

通过实证研究发现,现阶段工匠精神融入理工科大学生思想政治教育的进程取得一定成效,主要表现在多数理工科大学生对工匠精神有积极正向的认知、部分理工科大学生具备践行工匠精神的行为体现、部分高校弘扬工匠精神的相关活动氛围渐显浓郁三个方面。但与此同时也显现出融入目的不明确、融入内容不充分、融入方法不灵活、融入效果不显著等问题。存在问题的原因主要受工匠精神融入过程中保障机制不够健全、课程教学建设引领不够、教育环境营造有待优化、教师运用工匠精神能力有待提高、实践教学催生学生践行动力不足等因素的影响。因此从总体看来,在工匠精神的融入过程中,思想政治教育各要素并未形成相辅相成、相互促进的育人合力,导致工匠精神育人实效性不高,这几个亟待解决的方面成为当前融入的困境所在。

针对以上困境及原因分析,结合理工科学生专业的特殊性,从思想政治教育诸要素出发思考工匠精神融入理工科大学生思想政治教育的优化路径:以健全管理、评价、激励机制来强化工匠精神,以优化思政课程与课程思政教学体系来渗透工匠精神,以重视校园文化环境、网络环境、舆论环境建设来浸润工匠精神,以提升师资队伍理论素养、专业技能、胜任力与使命感来助推工匠精神,以搭建实训实习工匠精神孵化基地、锤炼学生匠心匠艺技能大赛平台、校企合作与产教融合实践新生态等实践育人平台来践行工匠精神。

外文摘要:

The spirit of craftsmanship is formed and developed in the great historical practice of the Chinese nation, and is an important part of the spiritual genealogy of the Chinese Communists. The connotation of craftsmanship is the accumulation of national spirit and the manifestation of the spirit of the times, and is the concentrated expression of the spiritual core of socialist core values, which is highly consistent with the cultivation goal of ideological and political education of college students to nurture people for the Party and the country. The integration of craftsmanship into the ideological and political education of college students is the realistic demand of modernization construction for high-quality talents, an important path to enhance the effectiveness of moral education and improve the education system, as well as an important measure to promote craftsmanship and enhance the effectiveness of craftsmanship education.

 

As the backbone of modern industry and science and technology development, university students in science and technology are an important group for cultivating highly skilled talents and an important target for national education, science and technology and talent strategic tasks, and thus an important target for cultivating craftsmanship. At present, the research on the cultivation of craftsmanship among college students is mainly focused on the students of high school and high school, while the research on comprehensive universities, especially the college students of science and technology, is still not deep and systematic. Therefore, the research work of this paper focuses on the group of science and technology college students. Based on the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method and the structured interview method, this paper aims to investigate and analyze the cultivation of craftsmanship among science and engineering college students, provide more targeted and effective countermeasures and suggestions, and promote the cultivation of craftsmanship among science and engineering college students.

 

Through the empirical research, we found that the integration of craftsmanship into the ideological and political education of science and technology students has achieved certain results, mainly in three aspects: most science and technology students have positive perceptions of craftsmanship, some science and technology students have behavioral manifestations of practicing craftsmanship, and the atmosphere of activities related to the promotion of craftsmanship in some universities has become stronger. However, at the same time, the problems of unclear integration purpose, insufficient integration content, inflexible integration method and unremarkable integration effect have also emerged. The reasons for the problems are mainly influenced by the insufficient guarantee mechanism in the process of integration of craftsmanship, insufficient leadership in the construction of curriculum and teaching, the educational environment to be optimized, the teachers' ability to apply craftsmanship to be improved, and the insufficient motivation of practical teaching to make students practice it. Therefore, it seems that in the process of integrating craftsmanship, all elements of ideological and political education have not formed a complementary and mutually promoting nurturing force, resulting in the low effectiveness of nurturing craftsmanship.

 

In view of the above dilemmas and the analysis of the causes, we consider the optimal path of integrating craftsmanship into the ideological and political education of science and technology students from the perspective of the elements of ideological and political education: to strengthen craftsmanship by improving the management, evaluation and incentive mechanisms, to penetrate craftsmanship by optimizing the ideological and political science curriculum and the teaching system of the curriculum, to infuse craftsmanship by paying attention to the construction of campus cultural environment, network environment and public opinion environment, and to infuse craftsmanship by optimizing the ideological and political science teaching system. The university will also promote the spirit of craftsmanship by improving the theoretical knowledge, professional skills, competence and sense of mission of the faculty, and practice the spirit of craftsmanship by building a practical training and internship incubation base for the spirit of craftsmanship, a skill competition platform for refining students' craftsmanship, and a new ecology of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration.
