数据赋能已成为提高企业技术创新能力的重要基础,是企业保持竞争优势的关键。 近年来我国政府高度重视数字经济的发展,大数据等信息技术突破了服务行业不可储 存、不可远距离贸易等局限,教育、医疗、金融等服务行业广泛借助大数据技术实现 行业的转型升级;同时随着我国进入以服务经济为特征的新时代,服务业已成为经济 增长的主要动力。因此,研究数据赋能与服务业企业绩效在理论和实践方面都具有重 要的意义。

本文基于资源基础理论及动态能力理论,围绕数据赋能对服务业企业绩效的影响 这一问题进行了深入系统的研究。首先,以服务业企业为研究对象,将数据赋能分为 连接能力、智能能力和分析能力三个维度,引入外部知识搜索作为中介作用,战略柔 性作为调节作用,建立数据赋能及三个维度影响服务业企业绩效的整体研究框架,提 出研究假设;其次,根据研究所涉及的变量,建立调查问卷,利用 SPSS24.0 与 AMOS22.0 软件对调查问卷进行了有效性和一致性检验,并对研究假设进行了验证。 最后,对企业提出了相应的对策与建议。

研究结果表明:(1)数据赋能及三个维度即连接能力、智能能力、分析能力与 服务业企业绩效之间均呈显著正相关关系,数据赋能可以帮助服务业企业有效地提高 绩效;(2)外部知识搜索在连接能力、智能能力、分析能力与服务业企业绩效之间 发挥着中介作用,即数据赋能对服务业企业绩效有直接影响,同时通过外部知识搜索 的中介效应对服务业企业绩效起间接作用;(3)战略柔性正向调节外部知识搜索与 服务业企业绩效之间的关系,增强了外部知识搜索对服务业企业绩效的积极影响,加 速服务业企业转型。

本文对于服务业企业提供了管理建议,企业应长期密切关注数据赋能及其三种能 力,包括连接人与一切事物之间的连接能力,整合信息及分配资源的智能能力以及提 取有价值资源的分析能力,通过分析海量数据、获取大量信息与资源,帮助企业做出 更加科学的决策,提升服务品质和效率,实现业务转型和创新。同时积极主动关注外 部环境,要与供应商、客户、研究机构等外部合作伙伴进行交流合作,实现知识共享 和共同创新,提高外部知识搜索能力与战略柔性,降低战略执行风险,使企业数字化 战略更好地落地与实施,为服务业企业提升绩效提供了重要的理论与应用价值。

Data empowerment has emerged as a crucial foundation for enhancing businesses' capacity for technological innovation and is essential for them to keep their competitive edge. The Chinese government has paid close attention to the development of the digital economy in recent years. The restrictions of the service sector, such as non-storage and non-long-distance trading, can be overcome by big data and other information technologies. Big data technology is widely used by the education, healthcare, finance, and other service sectors to realize industry transformation and upgrading. The service sector has moreover emerged as the main driver of economic growth as China enters a new age marked by the service economy. The study of data empowerment and the performance of service industry enterprises is therefore very important in both theory and practice.

This research performs a detailed and methodical investigation into the effects of data empowerment on the performance of service industry firms based on the resource-based theory and the dynamic capacity theory. First, data empowerment is split into three categories: connectedness, intelligence, and analytical capacity, using service sector firms as the research object. Strategic flexibility is employed as a regulatory role, and external knowledge search is introduced as an intermediary role. The impact of three aspects of data empowerment on the performance of service industry firms is established, and assumptions are put forth; Second, the research premise was supported by the questionnaire, which was created in accordance with the study's variables and whose validity and reliability were evaluated using the SPSS24.0 and AMOS22.0 software. The appropriate countermeasures and recommendations are then made for businesses.

The findings demonstrate that:(1)The three dimensions of data empowerment, namely connectivity, intelligence, and analysis, are significantly positively correlated with the performance of service enterprises, and data empowerment can help service enterprises effectively improve their performance;(2)Data empowerment not only has a direct impact on service industry enterprise performance, but can also have an indirect impact through the intermediary effect of external knowledge search; external knowledge search plays an intermediary role between connectivity, intelligence, analysis, and service industry enterprise performance; (3)Strategic flexibility involves boosting the beneficial influence of external knowledge search on service industry enterprise performance, speeding up service enterprise transformation, and favorably regulating the interaction between external knowledge search and service industry enterprise performance.

This essay gives management recommendations for service businesses. The three capacities of data empowerment—the capacity to link people and things, the intelligence to integrate information and distribute resources, and the capacity to harvest valuable resources—should be closely watched by businesses for a very long time. By analyzing enormous amounts of data and collecting a wealth of knowledge and resources, analytical capabilities assist businesses in achieving business transformation and innovation, improving service quality and efficiency, and making more scientific judgments. Actively pay attention to the surroundings at the same time. In order to achieve knowledge sharing and joint innovation, improve external knowledge search capabilities and strategic flexibility, reduce strategy execution risks, and increase the effectiveness of corporate digital strategies, communication and collaboration with external partners, such as suppliers, customers, and research institutions, are required. For service companies looking to improve performance, good landing and implementation offer significant theoretical and practical benefit.
